Effective date: August 11, 2026
This is a plain-language, good-faith commitment for the private Chiang Rai AI Think Tank member community. It is not a legal contract. It is how we intend to treat one another while sharing ideas, learning about AI, and building practical projects together.
Be respectful and constructive
- We treat other members with respect and communicate in good faith.
- We give useful, honest feedback without harassment, intimidation, or personal attacks.
- We respect another member's time, boundaries, and decision to decline an introduction, opportunity, or collaboration.
- We ask before sharing someone else's contact details or making an introduction.
Keep private things private
Member-only guides, templates, recordings, discussions, non-public project ideas, business plans, product roadmaps, pricing, customer information, technical designs, and feedback are shared in confidence. We do not repost, forward, sell, or use them outside the Community without the owner's permission.
Respect ideas and work
Members keep ownership of the projects, materials, and ideas they bring to the Community. Sharing something for discussion does not give others permission to copy, claim, or commercialize it. Ask first before using another member's work.
Use member-only resources with care
Private resources are for learning and participating in the Community. Please do not republish, resell, or distribute them outside the Community without permission from the content owner.
Make introductions and explore opportunities thoughtfully
- Introductions are opt-in. We do not add people to mailing lists, groups, or outreach without their permission.
- We are honest about who we are, what we know, and the stage of our projects.
- We share opportunities for discussion, not promises of returns or guaranteed outcomes.
Keep expectations grounded
We are here to learn, share practical experience, and help one another move forward. The Community does not promise income, investment outcomes, work, funding, or introductions.
Keep the pledge current
We may update this pledge as the Community learns what helps it work well. The latest version will always appear on this page.
